Deliveries and Returns

Paintings are usually collected by the customer from the gallery or my studio. Paintings can also be delivered if needed. Details depend on size and distance. These are agreed with the customer, by the gallery or by myself, as appropriate.

For prints and cards from my online shop - prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, rolled and packed into a heavy duty cardboard tube for protection, inside a square tube for ease of handling. Cards are packed in a sturdy envelope.

Your print or card order is usually sent out the next working day, and if we can't do that, we'll email to let you know when it will be sent out. Either way we'll email to confirm when it's on its way.

It's easy to give a different address for delivery, so you can send as a gift or send to your workplace.

You can pay by by ApplePay, GooglePay, credit or debit card, Clearpay, Onelink, Klarna or PayPal. You don't need to create an account.

If you'd prefer to pay by cheque, email us and we can arrange that with you.

Returns - if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know. We’ll sort out a full refund on return of the items.

We offer a choice of delivery in the UK - EVRi or Royal Mail.

We don’t offer Next Day as we may not be able to catch collections for either Royal Mail or EVRi - we are just the two of us working from our attic, and life happens! But if you need a quick delivery get in touch and we’ll sort out the best solution we can offer.

Royal Mail US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand Tracked - £18.50

Royal Mail Ireland, Germany, Denmark Tracked - £11.50

Royal Mail Everywhere Else Tracked - £14.00

Delivery outside the UK - CUSTOMS AND HANDLING FEES may be required, so if you want to send an order outside the UK, best to find out about local charges.
